I know Eric had his Ruth in the last months pick-ups, but I think I have a new card to add to my "some day I have to get one of those."

I'm not sure if this card will be old enough for the folks around here, but I am going to take the opportunity to post my first October pickup anyway.

I worked a deal for an T206 Old Mill Shag PSA 5. I over paid a little bit and it is out of my usual SGC 40-50 range, but this has been an extremely tough card for me to find. 12 backs down 8-10 more targets to go. I am out of card funds and nothing left to sell, other than the 3 Piedmont 42's in the BST, hint, hint!
Do you guys think this would cross over to SGC, the back is OK?

Boy, I feel you there. I do have a few things to sell, but no bites. After that, my only additional acquisitions are via trades. So far my last 2 pickups have been trades.

I have wanted one of these for a long time and finally now have one. I love the pose.





Now I need to sell something else.

Got these along with some other t205s. Nothing like making deals with old school collectors. The cards arrived in a regular envelope with minimal protection

A couple of nice cards sir dunderhead. Does the Speaker normally come with the left side of the name scroll filled in red instead of yellow?

nice collector-grade cards! well loved.

Having already owned this card I had a slight advantage of knowing the condition and how it stands towards other equivalent graded counterparts.

It's always nice to pick up cards at rockbottom prices!

Just got the last major card I need for the set and it has a Sovereign back to boot
