Autographs which you can get + you'd like to have + why

I'd like to have a Refrigerator Perry autograph on an Old Judge Icebox Chamberlain baseball card.
It bridges the gap for me.

Believe it or not, I once was a huge vintage autograph collector before I went prewar.
Two items I regret selling and wish I had back were two cancelled checks.
One of Roberto Clemente 2 months before his plane went down in 1972, and one of
Jackie Robinson early in his rookie year from 1947. YIKES!!!!!!!!

If I could have any auto I'd go for a Rube Waddell. That is, if he was literate enough to sign his name. I just love his eccentricities and would imagine his signature is a tough one to come by.

I think it was also tough to come by Waddell not drunk, that's why a few of his autos are nice big block letters. I can imagine having to tell him R-U-B-E SPACE W-A-D-D-E-L-L

That is a very cool looking ball! I can just imagine 'ol Rube struggling to print out his name. Can you provide more detail about the this piece? Is the scan from an old auction? Seems like it would be an easy type of signature to forge.
