I got 2 messages from Ebay today....I was underbidder on two of this guys auctions, the seller had 0 feedback and opened an account Feb 2008. I guess i should be happy i did not win. Looks like the seller tried to banana hump someone. The Ebay loser is: moosedevelopment

It's called, cover thier fat corporate ass in case the seller decides to sue them. The less eBay has in writing the, less you can prove about eBay's horrible conduct. Not they may have been bad in this situation, but they we all know they don't care about anyone except their bottom line.
