Jay, it got a 4 mk. The mk designates a mark, which is quite evident on the back. Otherwise, it looks like the card should be a 4.

Ahhh, missed the MK designation. Too used to SGC and their no qualifiers. Guess with school being over I'm bored sitting at home and have to do something to entertain myself. At least on Wednesdays I'll have my BBQ sauce business to keep me busy as that is the day I set up at the farmers market.

I do Southern style sauce which is vinegar based rather than KC style brown sugar and molasses based and is much thicker than the Southern style. Southern style BBQ is usually associated with Memphis and the Carolinas.
I hav 4 types right now; Traditional, Maniacal Mango (sweet and hot. The heat sneaks up on you), Mephistos Madness (the hot stuff, but the heat is a component of the flavor and doesn't overwhelm you) and Minnesota Mouth for people that think black pepper is spicy. I'm working on a mustard sauce but haven't come up with one I like yet.

I'm still selling under home canning laws so legally I can't selling it anywhere except farmers markets and festivals.
