T207s are recession proof
Unfortunately for me T207 prices are crazy!
Don't think this is a set that will ever cool down.

Are you talking for all the cards or just the uncommon commons?

Quick, someone notify the President so that he can get our economy on the T207 standard.

Hi Lee,
Mostly the tough cards. However, the cards that we find to be tough have been evolving a bit over the last couple of years.
For example, certain recruit backs have clearly separated themselves from the rest of the recruits. A couple of these were not always known as being tough.
I think we have more folks collecting this set now that in the last several years.
It's very difficult to pick up a tough card without working together with another set collector in a trade.

Hi Rob,
Funny - those bids would have been higher if the seller had not decided to restrict Canadians from bidding...his loss - I would have made some serious bids on the Red Sox cards. Obviously, there are other hardcore collectors up here too. I'd bet he would have cleared 10-15% more on those lots if he opened it to CDN bidders.

Hey Blair,
That's pretty lame.
It's the great Canadian fear!
Are you sure they just didn't want to ship to Sox fans?

I have always watched T207's and any higher grade will go for a pretty penny. The T207's are such a tough card to get in higher grade, 4-5 or better, because that beautiful brown backround can crack pretty easily.

Rob, you would be surprised by the number of sellers that do not allow Canadians to bid. Forgetting about any winning bids, they are missing out on just as many (if not more) runner up bids where they wouldn't even have to ship to Canada.
Americans are very provincial in their thinking, and it costs them lots of money/

Hi George,
Yes, Moore is one of the tougher T207s. Not sure what you mean by the T207 site? It's a nice card though that is only available with the tougher backs.
