Proof E101? Empty Proof E101?

I found this card and noticed the + mark on the top border of the card. T206 proofs have this mark on it. Is this a proof? Thanks.

it's not a proof. Wish it was because the Wagner I used to own had those same marks and I have many other e101s with those crosshairs.

Anyone remember that E90-1 Young portrait with the giant crosshair on the bottom border? I think Leon may have owned it at one time. It was graded and in nice shape.

Not proofs but still something I've wondered about myself as well. Is it more predominant in E101 than any other caramel set?

My E90-1 Demmitt looks like it has some crosshair type lines in the top border
