PSA buy back or reimbursement policy
Does PSA actually buy back cards or reimburse money if cards have been given incorrect grades or graded a numerical value even if it has been altered. What are the requirements and criteria on this?

i think it has to be a MAJOR mistake for PSA to take action....and it still has to be in their holder. if you're arguing about a EX grade that look VG+, you might be out of luck...or you bring back an sgc flip saying they wouldn't cross card in psa holder because they deem it's altered. has to be in the neighborhood of that m101-5 jax reprint in mastro. then they'd probably try to push grading vouchers on you .
p.s.also as everything, there'll likely be a "review" fee unless the mistake is blatant.
