Premiums, Hofers on a Budget Empty Premiums, Hofers on a Budget

When my Hobby funds are low I have starting looking at R-Card Premiums for enjoyment. I know they are not for everybody and maybe even scoffed at by some but I find them enjoyable, especally when the old wallet is light. You will never get rich off of them but thats not the reason I collect anyway.
If you have any of these inexpensive gems tucked away in your collection, Break them out!

I love them. But does anyone know where to go to ID who is on all of them (the names don't seem to be listed in the catalog)? For example who is on "Fence Busters"? Yet some are easy to identify...
