E90-3 Hofnlan in 19th Century Only auction
Hey Jay,
Is that your E90-3 Hofnlan card in the 19CO auction? I think I've seen one other besides yours, and am wondering if this is a third or not.

Boy has interest/value in this card plummeted! Good thing you sold when you did, Jay!

Re: E90-3 Hofnlan in 19th Century Only auction
I've always believed it's better to expose an uncatalogued card than to keep it hidden. When I tried to sell it privately as uncatalogued I wasn't getting anywhere near the offer for the card that I wanted. When I got it catalogued and then auctioned in REA, the price exceeded expectations. I'm sure the purchaser isn't too thrilled with recent auction prices, but I'm sure there are a lot of e90-3 collectors that are thankful that I brought this card out in the open bring more of these cards to market. The hobby is richer for every uncatalogued card that is made public.
I like being able to help other collectors, even if it's in an indirect manner.
