2 Dealers Selling the same card!! Empty 2 Dealers Selling the same card!!

Hey Guys,
I happened to be checking out prices on a E101 Mathewson, and noticed 2 well known dealers have one listed in PSA 2, and they are both the same card (based on the s.n.). Before I out the 2 dealers, how should I approach asking the dealer(s) about the situation? Im not sure who to trust more! Thanks!
