If Ambrose is about 100' from home plate. how far is the fence? Looks less than 200'.

Not a pre-war card but a pre-war player, so it kinda' counts.
This is a somewhat rare 1968 Italian Mira Tuttosport card. It's best known for having an ultra rare (and sometimes pricey) Lew Alcinder rookie card. If anyone one is a registry player of other sports, you know the Tuttosport cards are not easy and a grade higher than is EX is really tough.
Below is the highly sought after Joe Dimaggio card. To add to the scarcity, it is a Regalo or Lottery back, PSA has only graded a total of 11 in the set and 50 of the regular issue backs.

No longer belongs to me but this is a cool item...
Re: Show us an interesting card that we may not have seen before
One more... a pretty rare type and the crown jewel of the set
Re: Show us an interesting card that we may not have seen before
This is not my card, but I think there are only two known and there might be someone on here who hasn't seen it before.
It's an un-catalogued e-card from the 1910 era.

Cap Anson Lock
I just noticed the Cap Anson lock above. They are nice looking, but were created within the last two years by Charles Mandel. A few have sold on Ebay for hefty prices.... unfortunately
