Old Cardboard Magazine article

I would like to get my hands on a copy of the Old Cardboard Magazine Issue #4 in which Brian McQueen pens an article on the 1903-04 E107 Breisch Williams cards. Brian M. couldn't provide much assistance to me. Does anyone here have a copy of the magazine or know where I can find that article? Thanks.
