Changed my Avatar....
Figure the 1 year anniversary came and i decided to change my avatar to Smoky Joe.
I would love to own this M116 card of his and look to acquire one in 2009.

I decided it was time for a change too. Credit goes to Wonka for the image.
The M116 Wood is a sweet card. Good luck finding one!

I was hoping we'd keep it - I think it's the best logo we've had by far, why mess with a good thing?Square_Frame_Ramly wrote:How about changing ole' Matty at the top of main page...![]()
Re: Changed my Avatar....
I was just going to say that I really like the Matty and would hope that it would stick around. I haven't been here nearly as long as all you "one year old-timers" though, so you may be more tired of it. That said, the other ones that you just posted aren't bad either, Ben.

i think...
Matty pic looks very nice, but its always good to change appearance once in a while. Just like when we changed our avatars.
Those others look great also.

Re: Changed my Avatar....
The Matty and the e95 Cobb are the best of the bunch. I may be biased, but I'd like to see Wanka whip up something with my e92 Oakes in it.
Changing personal avatars gets kind of tricky because people get used to having a certain avatar associated with a certain person. When it changes, you sort have to relearn who the avatar is, even though it is someone you already know. I have a tough enough time keep Wes and Quan straight without them changing avatars all the time

Ha,Ha...
I know what you mean Jay...i am still trying to figure out who Quan's avatar was/is...
Even though i am from the east coast where change is frowned upon....my old avatar which i sold this year was cool but i just love the look of Mr. Wood and his expression.

Re: Changed my Avatar....
Anyone have any requests for a new one? I can play around this weekend and do Jay's Oakes.
Re: Changed my Avatar....
Trae put together the new one you see up top now. He's made all of the Full Count logos and does a great job (thanks Trae). Hope you guys like it, I think it's pretty cool. We can always go back to the Matty later if we want to (like I said, that one is my fave).
Nice...
Like i said, all of those look great. It's just nice to see a different pic on the main screen every once in a while. I don't care if Donnie Bush is up there, as long as it looks vintage.

Re: Changed my Avatar....
I second the great light effects, nice job Ben.
I have had to do a snow rescue on my snowmen on the front yard. We are finally getting a decent amount of snow this year and some have been buried but I rescued them so they were ready to shine brightly for Christmas.
Merry Christmas,
Lee
