19thCenturyOnly October Auction
I'm a new Full Count member, and I hope it's ok to post this message. I thought this would be of interest.
The October 24th www.19thCenturyOnly.com auction is now open for preview. Bidding will begin this Friday, October 3rd at 12 PM EST. Up for auction are 205 lots which are loaded with rare PCL cards, Colgan Chips (Red Borders), and more. A high percentage of the auction is comprised of items that are 1 of 1 (the only example ever graded). There are also some un-cataloged items as well. The collection is from the Harold Brennan estate. He was passionate about sports and collecting. This is a "fresh" collection that the market has never seen before and it's just incredible ! I'm sure you
will see that after taking a look at the auction.
Sincerely,
Seth

Fast shipping isn't even fair. SUPER FAST!!!! I had my cards in less than a week. Only auction house that I've had that experience with. And Seth is always there for you if you have questions.
Oh, yeah, and he's in Jersey...which isn't half bad. A stones throw away from me.

Re: 19thCenturyOnly October Auction
Looks like the auction was a success with some healthy bidding very late into the night.
Did we have any winners on the board?
I was blown away by the prices realized on the pair of SGC 30 1913 Zeenut Heilmanns. $5617 and $5106 before juice! I knew Heilmann was a tough Zeenut (and a HOFer rookie card), but wasn't expecting those kinds of results.
Great auction. Bravo, Seth.

Great auction.
I couldn't bid on anything this time around because of very limited funds. There were some nice pieces.

Re: 19thCenturyOnly October Auction
I get the feel Rhett did some serious damage to his Red Border Colgan wantlist with this auction. Other than the 2 uncatalogued ones, I thought prices were very soft for those cards, especially given the condition. There were some stunning cards including an SGC84. Talk about perfection for a card from that set. Maybe I overvalue the cards because I like so much. I just wish I had more money to chase another set so I could have had a shot at winning those cards. I also thought t4s went kind of cheap.
