did I actually find 13 Blank Back T206 including an eddie?

I bought 54 cards yesterday, guy came into my shop (im a gold buyer) and had "these baseball cards" I took a gamble and bought them, and my oh my, 41 of them I have priced on Ebay and looks like I did REALLY well, Sweet caps, Peidmonts etc, of these 41 cards none of them are glossy front, but then there are 13 cards that all have glossy fronts, pretty rough cut edges and are all blank backs, one of the is an eddie plank, I just wanna know who can tell me more about these? are the blank backs reprints? misprints or just ultra rare?

ok, so, im thinking these 13 are old reprints or counterfeits of some kind, under a microscope the dots that make up the printing do go beyond the border onto the white edge, also it appears as if they are all laminated (2 pieces of almost cottony like paper). These 13 were in a batch of real cards and seem like they are quite old, I would like to know more about them

I can in fact tell these 13 are reprints of some sort, how old is the question and do they have any value?? These 13 are all laminated, they were with the 41 genuine cards. and t he paper is a very loose weave (almost like cotton) paper
that said, the 41 that are genuine were one heckuva find, I have priced them on ebay (not graded of course) and I took the low end on all the cards and the should be about 2500.00!

the 2 mathewsons that were in this batch. what would these grade out at? im a serious newbie

ok, so if the mathewsons are fakes then its likely they all are. I dont have ANY on ebay, I just looked at Ebay to try determine what they would be worth, I bought them yesterday as a gamble. What am i looking for to determine authenticity or fakes?

im guessing its the border as its not solid color, its half tone.............ok, onto my next gamble! Thanks! $40.00 lost! lol

This is where having handled the real thing helps a lot. Buy yourself a common t206 to keep around for comparison. A common t205 wouldn't be a bad idea either. Color, register and letter font are almost always wrong fakes and if you have a real card next to it, it will never hold up.
