2010 National in Baltimore

I was curious as to who is planning on going to Baltimore for the National. I am about 90% positive I will be going.

not going, big week for me around that time though . with the nat'l being more of east coast/chicago thing now not even sure when i'll be able to make the next trip.

Does Brian mean that he will be there (Baltimore) or here (on Full Count)?

I'm planning on going to the National again this year.

I'm a west coaster like Quan as well, but I'll definitely be there.

I'm going, but am wrestling with how long I want to be gone. Seems like there's an awful lot to see besides friends and cards, and it might be awhile before I get back (seeing as it's taken more than 50 years to get there the first time). Planning on Tuesday thru Sunday now.

Hi, Just doing a follow up. I got my ticket yesterday and will be flying in on Thursday and staying at the Sheraton, strangely the cheapest room had 2 beds in it. I plan I going to the show and the Orioles on Thursday, Friday to the show and Saturday I would liek to go to the Army ordiance museum (if anyone else is interested let me know). I am sure I will get some more show time in. I fly out Sunday and not sure how much time I have to much of anything other than fly out.

It would be nice to get together for dinner at least Friday or Saturday. Drop an email or respond to this thread.

Hope that want list does not include any cabinets, I'll be buying all those.

Staying at the Hilton, TU-SAT night. I believe we are attending the O's game on TR night.

I did not realize the Whitey's were in town for the weekend, Friday may be a better plan in hopes of seeing them get beat. Maybe we can get together for the game.

My father and I will be staying at the Baltimore Hilton and plan on attending an O's game Thursday night.

I finally decided that I'm going to go. First National, actually, but I'm living on the east coast now and my proximity to Balitore makes it a no-brainer this year. Think I'll only attend the show on Saturday, but I'm staying overnight just to hang around Baltimore with my girlfriend and take in whatever there is to do. Maybe I'll see a few of you around.

I would love set up a dinner night (Saturday?) for those available, I am willing to make a few phone calls and find something reasonable near the convention center. If anyone is interested in this or any other night please email me.

After YET ANOTHER!!!!! work transfer I am pleased to be able to spend a week of much earned vacation with my bonus check in Baltimore for this show.
For those of you who haven't followed, I have had six work transfers in the past 18 months. No, I'm not screwing the staff ... I'm just in a company with a very weak bench. I'm basically Costner in Bull Durham. They send me in to settle the rookies and then I'm off to the next farm.

Long time no see Chris! Good to see you back on the board. For those of us who aren't able to attend, it would be great to hear about the national from those who do. Maybe a "reports from the national" kind of thread is in order?

Hope things work out for you at work, 6 transfers sounds pretty rough
