T206 Wagner

Any one have $ 350,000.00? Someone is selling a "real" Wagner on Ebay. Listing expires in 35 min. Someone check out the write up and give some thoughts

If so, I wouldn't touch it with a 10-foot pole. Or 20. Or 30.

lol, owner doesn't have the means to get the card professionally graded. All he has to do is show it to any of the major auction houses and they would get it done in a heartbeat, for free, if they felt the card was real.

I thought I heard that eBay has a policy where they automatically remove unauthenticated T206 Wagners.

Obviously, it's a reprint and is not original from 1909, as represented.  I'll let our legal friends comment as to whether that constitutes outright fraud or not, but for ease of reference, here are side by side comparisons of the eBay Wagner and the legitimate one from which it was duped.
