Welcome to the board. Most people on here focus on pre-WWII cards, but I don't think anyone can doubt that the 55 Topps Williams is a great card.

yup...definitely mostly pre ww I for me...but there are lots of cards from the 50's that I love...and own!!!!!! And the 61 Maris is a classic too!

I'm actually partial to Snider's card from the 1957 Topps set:



But then I tend to lean toward all things 57T. Just a beautiful set all the way around. However, as post-WWII cards go, there's nothing I like more than good ole '53 Bowman Pee Wee:
