Is the T204 Stahl a Rarity Within the Set? Empty Is the T204 Stahl a Rarity Within the Set?

I happened across the Memory Lane online store, and they have a PSA 3 T204 Stahl listed at $2300! Ive seen others go for "normal" prices I believe, so is there something special about this one that I am missing? Just seemed odd to me.
