Reputation system

Thought with all the new people I'd mention one of the neat features of this board, the reputation system. That is what those "+" and "-" on the side of a post are for. If you like a post, you can click the "+" or if you thinks it's a really bad post then click "-". There is also a button only the original poster can see. It's the "THANKS" button. You can use that if you get an answer to a post that you post.
