I accidently a won a card last week and needed to transfer money into my paypal account. It used to be that your money would show up in paypal in 3 days. Now it's a week. Since when did EFTs get to difficult?

looks like they are trying to keep money in their account longer to gather interest....pretty desperate way to show shareholders they are generating money to make up for poor ebay revenue.

Actually, it's the other way around. I am trying to put money into my paypal account. So they are losing out on interest by not getting my money into my account in 2-3 days like they used.
