all his cards in the AGS holder are reprints. he's probably the one slabbing these fakes.

Safe assumption is that any card that is not slabbed by SGC, Beckett, PSA or GAI is probably altered or fake.

His other sales aren't exactly inspiring in terms of value either. It would be unlikely that such a card would be the first high end card sold by somebody. So, both the seller's history and the slab encourage suspicion. I would stay away.
