no, although not EX. more like vg with the paper loss/stains or psa 3.5 prolly.

Definitely not EX. With the paper loss and staining in my opinion the card would grade good, (2).

The bottom appears as though it might be angle cut but tough to tell. The card is definately not EX, it might even get a 20 with the stains and paper loss.
