Getting priced out of a set

I think I have became priced out of any more cards in this issue, sure glad I got the 28 I do have.

Are there any more of you out there that started a set a what seemed a reasonable price only to have the prices go so high that you felt priced out of buying more?

Stop hiring the lunatics who are charting your course (you do have a chart ... don't you?).
It is that thing on the wall which looks like spagetti.

Now select any spot and put a "YOU ARE HERE" arrow on it.

Now find the way out, and follow it.

These stamps are very tough and if I saw that auction the winner would have paid quite a bit more or I would have been the winner.

Not really interested in the set -just the Baltimore stamps.

There is nothing better than getting priced out of a set (well, other than being periced out of the entire hobby), because that means that you have chosen wisely, and can cross the invisible bridge to nowhere, unless you continue to choose wisely.
