A quick T227 question

Its been a while since I last posted here. I have started to become interested in the T227 baseball set and I had a few questions.

1. Which back advertisement is more rare. Is it Honest Long Cut or Miners Extra?

2. How can I identify a reprint from an original?

Miners Extra is more scarce and reprints look really bad from what i remember. Here was a bad reprint but the ebay auction was taken down. Too bad, from what i recall it was horrible looking and had the look of artificial aging.

Randy - we missed your postings. Wht not hang out a while? We have a National Association season simulation going; with a new season for each year (and new drafts). We are all learning a lot about this period. And we may have an additional slot available for a new team, if you are game.

Im glad to be back posting on the board. I guess I took a small vacation from collecting. Unfortunately, I don't think I have enough time right now to manage a baseball team but thank you for the offer.

It's the same format as the All-Time Greats League that we have run. This time around, we are playing year by year. When we hit 1901, we are going to take a break to do another ATG league.
