Show your T206 scrap

After I saw our newest member's scrap, I thought it would be nice to see what is in our collections.

Cool card Jim! I've never owned a T206 scrap per se, but I do have a Proof of Mattern. I've shown it several times before, but what the heck - it's one of my favorite cards so here it is again:

Ben-that is a real nice card. That card reminds me of my Lou Fiene Drum. I sold it (Fiene)and finally got it back after about a year or so.
I almost bought that card (Mattern) from Craik some time ago but passed for some reason. Later I am glad because it went back to you and that is where it belonged.
Real nice proof or kinda scrap.

It was actually 1 am here. When you need to work at 2pm I tend to go to bed around 2am.

Thanks Jim, much appreciated. It's a nice feeling getting a card back that you regretted selling in the first place. Bob and I made a nice trade in which he got several cards back from me that he regretted trading as well (including a '11 Zeenut Halla SGC 80!). I don't foresee the Mattern going anywhere anytime soon, love that card

I've been keeping my eyes peeled for other t206 proofs on the market - there was the white cap Matty in Mastro last year (way out of my league) but no others that I can recall being sold recently (unless something slipped by me).
