What Does PSA No Holder Mean? Empty What Does PSA No Holder Mean?

What in the world does "No Holder" mean on a PSA tag? If it means that a card is not authentic, why in the world would they make a tag for it?

What Does PSA No Holder Mean? Empty ha,ha...

I got the same message last year when i submitted E98 cards that should have graded PSA 1.

Well, i check my submission and it says "No Holder"....So i call and the UN-knowledgeable woman did not know, she checks with someone else and they say that since the E98 cards come in a certain size they did not have a holder for them. mallet frustrated
