New Years resolution Empty New Years resolution

So what was your New Years Resolution this year?

Mine is to loose 25 or more pounds. The doc says that losing that weight will take care of my liver problem (it is producing too much iron. Never knew too much iron in the blood was unhealthy Question ). If I don't loose the weight, then I have to start taking medication for it and I am very opposed to taking any sort of drugs unless absolutely neccessary. Asprin is the only thing I will take and I rarely ever get a headache, so I don't even keep that stuff around. I just bum some from a friend or coworker if I need it.
