Another tough type you don't see every day
Recently ended on Ebay. I can't recall if I've seen one for auction on there before? If you collect minor league regionals then you know how tough these are. Nice example.

Is this a case where the card is "too rare" for people to collect. Seemed like the price was low. I've only seen a few for sale in my life. I was lucky to find an example a while ago:
