What does it mean if a baseball card is a gem mint? Empty What does it mean if a baseball card is a gem mint?

I see alot of cards on Ebay that say gemmint or BCCG. What does this mean? And how do you get a card like that? Sorry i'm not educated in Baseball cards but I want to start collecting!
