The 1882 season saw the introduction of three new teams to the league. The Pittsburgh Allegenys, St Louis Browns and Old North State Stallions. The season came down to a one game playoff for the championship.
The new guys did alright and the Whales managed to fight their way to
the bottom. You'd think with all that blubber they would easily float
to the top. Link to the stats is at the bottom of the main website page. Just click

I cant believe my team won 15 of the last 18 games to pull it out. And Pete Browning is a monster!
