Re: ROUNDS 1-24 (merged)
Both picks don't meet the minimum requirements. Orr was good, but he lacks the minimum ABs

Re: ROUNDS 1-24 (merged)
I certainly do not want to talk myself out of another player, but
Orr's AB = 3289, while
O'Doul's AB = 3264.
And Grin Bradley is the pitcher who hurled the first shouout in the National League, then went on to record 15 more that year. A record that Matty eventually tied.
I know. Who cares that Barnes hit .429 in his initial NL season, and then played for three more.
This is a conspiracy!
We now pick Hecker and Roe.
(of course, the above is a joke; other than my new picks)
In Memorium:
You all are missing another good one. David Orr was a .342 lifetime hitter, who once got over 30 triples in a season.
And Grin Bradley was an ironman on the mound. He only spent one season in the NA. His record includes 302 complete games out of 325 starts. His first NL season, he went 45-19. That year, his team went 45-19. He typically provided almost all of the pitching effort for the team. And he was with some horrible teams. But still wound up with a .531 WL% - far better than the teams did.
but that's ok, we got our ace in! Whoop-La!!!

Jay: I presume that this statement "Just do others that may have been considering Lefty O'Doul, he is NOT in the database" does not mean that my ninth round draft pick, Lefty O'Doul, is not in the database. He was selected as the #90 draft.
I guess that Browning (17.179) is in the database. But my guesses have been off lately.

With their 21st pick, the Baltimore Orioles select OF Vladimir Guerrero of the Montreal Expos for the bench, with the possible option to move him into the Utility/DH role.
With their 22nd pick, the Baltimore Orioles select SS Joe Sewell of the Cleveland Indians for the bench, in the PH role.

OK, disregard my comment about O'Doul. I was looking through the list of undrafted players.
