Louisville Slugger museum

Just got back from a 2 week 3k mile road trip that included a stop at the Louisville Slugger museum. I wanted to take the private tour, but they require a 2 person minimum and I wasn't going to have my mom pay $300 for something that she wasn't interested in. The basic tour is definitely worth the price of admission.

I'm doing good. I got lazy a few years ago and let my weight get out of control again. I guess having almost died taught me nothing, but I am back under 300 headed for 250. Hope all has been well with you too.

I have really bad diet also, discipline is hard. try to be active and not sedentary.

My biggest problem is portion control. Having grown up poor and many times wondering where the next meal was coming from, you ate everything in sight. It's a hard habit to break, but I'm getting better at it. On my road trip I only gained 5 pounds. I expected to gain 10+, and lost all of that in the first back, so things should be on track.
