Can't add pictures or edit in new posts

Anyone who can help? When I go to post a new topic, or even a reply to an existing thread, there are no buttons to add pictures or edit the fonts or anything like that anymore. Any help? I wanted to post a new pick up thread but can't add my images.

Important part: once the scan has been uploaded (host an image icon), be sure to insert the link in your post (insert image icon). Should work.

When I go do write a post/reply (like right now) there are no edit buttons for me to choose add a pic. I remember there used to be a box full of options like font, add a link, add an image. That box of editing options is gone. I literally can't add an image. Is there a setting I changed somehow that got rid of the box. Let me know your email and I'll send you a screen shot so you can see what I mean.

I figured out how to post an image using the image URL if it is already on the web somewhere (see below example (not my card but one of my favs)) using the (IMG /IMG) tags.

However, I still don't have the editing options that used to be there when I go to post. So I am not able to browse my computer for an image and post it using that option or change my font or add a link. Weird.
