Any scans might help but they are not baseball, which is where the expertise lies here. I have never heard of any of them. You might want to find a nonsports board to look for help.

Because I'm fascinated by little detective projects like this, I actually tracked down some info for you:

The 1930 Household Hints set had 50 cards in it, with a current set value of around $38. You can find out more at www.londoncigcard.co.uk.

The 1938 In Town series also had 50 cards in it, and the set value is about the same. You can find a checklist at www.nslists.com/38into.htm.

The 1960 Wildflowers of North America series appears to have had 48 cards in it, though I'm not certain on that. You can see a gallery at http://members.shaw.ca/teacards/tc3_5.html. No value was given.

Might be worth searching them all on ebay. I know there's a seller that has the whole In Town series available for under $40.

Hope this helps.
