It's disruptive. I don't blame you if you are displeased with me. I have needs and they are not pitching. Appling is speedy compared to Bench, and I have Carter who collects baseball cards and is mean as nails. I can fill the backup catcher spot after the draft. Actually, now I have nothing to dangle that anyone might want except JRobby, MOtt, and pitchers, and the club I've built is around the remaining pitchers.

You just traded your #1 pick and your #5 pick for a 14th round pick. I had offered you Mike Piazza, a #11 pick and a 16 pick for the same exact two guys - Bench and Young - and you turned it down!! That's crazy!!!

And this was after the Kid Nichols giveaway! And what's even more loony, you drafted pitchers with five of your first six picks, posted on the other thread that you were worried you were drafting too many pitchers, and then did what? You went on to draft even more pitchers!

I am not saying your team won't do well - in fact, the sim seems so unreliable that you could just as well win a 100 games this year. But there has got to be some sort of mechanism in place to stop these types of giveaways.

I'm not inclined to allow the trade. Even Appling for Young is not a good trade. I'll start a thread and let others chime in so it doesn't mess with draft thread. I'll also hold off on my pick until this is resolved.
