Trouble accessing Imageevent

I'm having trouble accessing my Imageevent site.
Anybody else having this trouble or is it just me.

They are having trouble with their servers, per my phone conversation with their rep this morning. I am getting through fine, but last Sunday the site decided to erase or delete all of my personalizations on about 95% of my albums, leaving just the defaulted and boring white background pages with light blue navigational bars. Not the end of the world, but I put some time in personalizing more than 30 albums and that's all gone. Called because they didn't respond to my email from Sunday night, even though they prefer to be contacted in that manner. Not impressed with customer support.

I can get thru at all, even using general google search my browser can't find the site. I cleaned my cache, rebooted my computer everything I'm capable of doing on my end.

I hope I haven't lost all my albums.

Now it's back up for the time being.
No change on my albums.
