Price Rebounds Empty Price Rebounds

Is it me or are the prices starting to take off? I see new bidders involved and the prices starting to recover. I wonder if people are starting to pull money out of the stock market and putting it into cards. The recent prices on Cycle 460s and T202s have been much higher than in the last 6 months and Jay is bitching about prices of cards he is watching and going after going for big prices.

Now I just need my cards to get back from SGC soon so I can make a little money. bounce bounce bounce

I think everyone might be prematurely spending their econimic stimulous package check. Let's hope that's not the case as they are saying that those checks won't get out until late June at the earliest.

Isn't that the point? If you don't blow your $300 and then some right away, you're simply providing comfort to the terrorists.

Day to day, I don't know whether card prices are going up or down - everytime I look it seems different.

I know precious metals are booming, as are gas prices. Home prices are not, and bank stocks are dangerous, even for the experienced investor.

But it seems as if nobody cares about any of this. As if we are all unaffected. I guess that we are unaffected. Whew, that is a relief !

Back to searching ebay, etc. bow insane Idea cyclops

There are definitely deals to be had out there. With the economy and the card market the way it is, there is certainly no need to panic and overpay for card unless it's a true rarity. There seems to be no shortage of cards on eBay, so there is no reason to overpay.

I still chuckle at the thought of the knucklehead that would take a money order for a card I won. He only wanted paypal. The card ended up selling for $50 less than my winning bid. I imagine this what the seller did after his relisting closed frustrated

That guy seems like a little leaguer when compared to your other friend who couldn't figure out how to copy the back of a card.
