Bought some Topps National Chicle

I had some gift cards for Target from my kids on the bus so I decided use them on a box of Topps National Chicle. Not the greatest looking cards but they were a better option than the other cards that were available. I lucked out not only got a relic card, but I got one of the rare numbered ones with a National Chicle back. Too bad it's of Phil Hughes. Even being something like a 1:10,000 pull this thing has no resale value that I could see from a search of ebay.

I like to dabble in the new stuff occasionally with a blaster box from Target or Walmart. Ive had some luck once or twice with a pair of tickets to a Cardinals game (incidentally took until the following season to recieve btw) topping my bonus list.
