Guys, a fellow collector...
Asked me if these are fakes, he bought them at a flea market. I know the answer and told him they are fakes. Just wanted to run it by everyone. Thanks

I am no expert on authenticity, but that is either a really bad scanner or those are reprints.

The Knabe and the t206s are no brainers. Thooper is a dead give away because of the pixelation.

For those that don't know why the Knabe is easy, CJs were not printed with white ink, so when a uniform touches the border, it blends seamlessly from uniform to border with distinction between the two.
On the t206s, the blue Sweet Cap doesn't exist and t206s do not have pixelation or a font like that.

All fakes.
And not to mention that there are no factory designations on the T-206s (back bottoms)

Just called the guy...he is only out $50 so the lesson learned was inexpensive.

Here's authentic scans of the T-206 backs you posted for your collector friend. You can point him to this thread.
***Both of which I don't own any more, but I do have the scans.

Ha,Ha....this guy lives in huntsville ,AL....long way from me.
I laughed when he sent them to me but he asked me to get opinions so that's what he got. He knows the lesson learned and says it was worth the $50 so now he won't make that mistake again.
