Do you have scans of the card? Is it raw or graded?

The 1933 Goudy Ruth #144 is a commonly counterfeited card, so it's easy to be skeptical.

With a scan / picture of the card (front and back if you have them), we should be able to help you. Nothing substitutes for "card in hand" examination, but often the counterfeits are bad enough that it can be told with a scan. For the #144, there are few telltale items to look for. Post a scan and we will help.
