I guess the bidders will be trying to fool people at flea markets or card shows with these.

I totally agree when it comes to these fakes getting into the market and fooling newer collectors. I think that part really sucks. However, for some reason I find these "real looking" fakes to be kinda neat too. I'd pay a couple buck a piece for them just to have a little display of fakes. Almost a reference of what some fakes can look like. I'd post them all on my website as a "Fakes Page". I wouldn't pay what these are going to sell for though. Like I said, I would pay a couple bucks for them. And, for what's it worth, the ones I bought would at least never make it back into the hobby as real cards to some newbie.

Just use our Helpful Info are for that. Kevin Saucier has provided us with scans of some stunning doctored cards.

Jay,
I know there is already very good resources for examples of fakes, and Kevin's work is an asset to the hobby in my opinion. I just think these fakes are kinda neat looking. I'm not endorsing this kind of thing by any means though. Plus, if I were to buy one, that's one less victim that will be swindled into buying it thinking it was real.
