Last chance to join up before we start the draft. Let me know what your team name is and what ballpark you want to use. Right know I am going to go with a reverse order from the results last season.

I say to wait until we have 12 comitted. I know there are 3 more people out there to join in the fun. No money transacted just a fun time killer.

Re: 2009 Historical Fantasy Baseball League
I haven't heard back from Jeff Williams, so I am assuming that he has lost interest. That leaves us with 8 teams.
Would you all be interested in drafting 2 teams each so that we can get a bit deeper into the pool of players? We can then run an AL and NL, then a championship game. What ever the decision is on Friday, I'll go with and set up the draft order from there so we can start posting as soon as I set the draft order.

Not really interested in drafting two teams, Jay. Sorry. I understand why you'd want to deepen the player pool (that would be ideal) but I'd prefer to just focus on one team.
If I may make a recommendation, I think the draft order should be the reverse of what we had last year. That way, the teams that were stuck at the end of last year's draft will get a chance to draft early.

I was thinking that or reverse order from the average finish. Either way, I'm picking last.
