Report function added.

A report function has been added to the forum and can be used by all members. You'll see a triangular icon with an exclamation mark on the upper right corner of every post, like this:

If you see a post that's clearly off-topic or offensive/obscene, click on this icon and you can report that post to the moderators. So far we haven't had any problems of this sort, but as the forum grows it will be useful in maintaining good order. Anyone who abuses this function will lose the ability to report posts in the future. Members must be logged-in in order to use the report function.
