Time to start stocking up on future HOFers

The Hall of Fame announced today the 10-man ballot of pre-1942 players who will be voted on in December. There will be 12 voting members of the committee (to be announced), and any player getting 75% of the votes will be elected.

The ballot includes Sherry Magee, Deacon White, Joe Gordon, Wes Ferrell, Allie Reynolds, Vern Stephens, Mickey Vernon, and Bucky Walters.

The odd thing about this list is the the previous ballot, which was much larger, did not include Magee. So how does he make it this time and those that made it last time don't make it this time? It's not like any of any of those players were active over the past few years.
