1914/15 Cracker Jacks

Do we have any Cracker Jack collectors on the board? Beautiful set. Please share your experiences with us in collecting them (from either year). I made a weak attempt at a '15 set at one point, only got 30 cards in though before giving up. The big 1914 rarities are pretty well known...Matty, Chance, the no # Bresnahan. What other toughies are there from either set? What are your favorite CJ cards? Posting pics would be great too if possible.

Love CJ's. One of my favorite pre-war designs for sure. I guess I've always felt a set is beyond my means, but I've got 40 or so, with a couple 14's mixed in that group. Picked up most of them in the mid-90's for very reasonable prices.

Aesthetically, I generally like the "action" shots much better than the portraits. A few random favs (all scans from other sites, not my cards):





And of course the Jackson is classic.

I've got Comiskey: all pompous and dignified in his fancy attire = my cause of the scandal.
And I've got the Federal League uniform guys (one still to get)
And I am the proud owner of a tattered and torn Mack with a provenance which includes Jay Behrens.
I may have some more, but nothing of note.
