WANTED M116 Wagner

Thought I'd sign up to the forum and see if I could get some help. Looking for the following cards, raw or graded in less then VG condition. Willing to buy or trade:
1. M116 Wagner (or E95 Wagner)
2. Cracker Jack Cobb (Found)

I wish i knew you were looking for a cracker jack cobb a week ago. A Ebay seller i know (Dave_Slomer) just sold a PSA 2 1915 Cobb for $4,000.

I had a M116 Wagner last year but sold it.

Mark - I know Dave as well - he didn't sell the Cobb for $4k, He submitted it to SGC in hopes he would get a bump and is consigning it to the next Goodwin auction.

In the completed ebay auction he put down as reason for ending auction is that it was sold to highest bid. Now he has to pay ebay fees for that

Mark - I apologize - the original auction ended Saturday and I spoke with him Saturday night where he told me he was sending it in to SGC and then to Goodwin because he didn't want to accept a $4k offer he got. I told him that if he got a $4k offer for a 2, he better take it as that's a pretty high offer (certainly more then I would give him considering 3 of the last 4 2s sold for about $2000). I didn't see the quickie lisitng you referred to yesterday, but it looks like he took my advice.

now that makes sense....i don't believe he would have gotten a better grade. It looks like the few creases on it may keep it a 2. I guess he is happy with the price since i know Dave hates to lose money.

I'm OK with trimmed cards, or cards missing a corner etc. so if anyone has anything to knock these off ym want list, I'd be much obliged.
