Wasn't sure what he was referring to with the "Louisville Colonel" Wagner either, so I didn't answer that part. If he is referring to the Reccius, I believe there are two copies known. Potentially one of his rarest issues. He has many extremely rare issues (numbering in the single digit population), though.

e107? Texas Tommy? Ju Ju Drum? Mino? Mello Mint? D381? There are many I'm forgetting
Reccius doesn't count IMO.

Good start there with E107, Ju-Ju Drum, and D381. I can't swear that Mino and Mello are single digit though, but they could very well be. Count Texas Tommy twice for both types. Probably would add issues like Voskamps, Plows Candy, JKA, T5, Orange Borders, Standard Biscuit, Pittsburg Leader, a bunch of postcard types, and I suppose Allegheny. I'm sure there are others too, but those are the ones that pop into my head.

I would think that only single digits of Wagner exist for many of the scarce/rare ad backs of the M101-4/5 type cards. And, for sure, the T216 Virginia Extras.
