Yep, it is only found with a Cycle back. Many people don't consider it a legit variation since all Cycle backs are found this way and no other back has 37-1. The same is true for the Wilhelm "suffe ed" card. It is only found with a Piedmont back and no Piedmonts have been found with "suffered".

I always get the counter point that all Hassan Hoblitzells are only no-stat, but the difference between it and the two aforementioned cards is that back is radically different. Not just a one character typo.
