New stadiums Empty New stadiums

I'd love to see what sort of reaction a pro sports team would get right now if they demanded that the city they are based in build them a stadium with tax money. For some reason, I think they would be told to take a hike. Hopefully, this will be the end of publicly financed stadiums. I thought was going to end when the SF Giants built their own stadium, but other cities didn't learn from SF.
